Plant Potting Workshop

Wednesday 12th/26th January (11AM-12:30PM) and Saturday 5th/19th February (3:30PM-5PM). £5 per head – booking essential

Blossoms of hope are hosting a plant potting workshop! Learn correct potting techniques, how to practice successful sowing and a range of other gardening information! Best of all, you can take your practice plant and pot home with you! Refreshments included.

Stress Management

Saturday 22nd January 10:00-13:00 – £10 per person – booking essential

Led by experienced practitioner, Jenny Tippen. Learn about the causes of stress and the effects that it has on the body. Learn how to deal with panic attacks and hyperventilation and how to minimise stress in your life. Discover the benefits of relaxation and practice three different techniques.
Refreshments included.

RSPB Big Garden Birdwatch

Saturday 29th January 10AM-1PM – Free event

Will you join us at the Environment Centre for one hour this morning to help record the birds at our site for this important national survey? Do your bit for wildlife -we will supply all the
paperwork and send your results in for you. Free tea and coffee!

Christmas and Greeting Cards Upcycling Workshop

Saturday 29th January 10AM-12:30PM – £5 per head with limited spaces – booking recommended

Run by Jenny Tippen. Have you ever wondered what to do with all those old Xmas and Greetings cards? Come and learn how to upcycle them into new, high quality cards to send again this year. £5 covers all materials,
tuition and tea and coffee. Take away all that you make.

Valentine’s Quiz

Saturday 12th February 7:30PM – £5 per head

Blow the wining and dining, treat your Valentine to a great evening of quizzing. Bring
the family too! Teams of 4-6. Bring your own snacks and drink and settle down for an excellent evening’s quizzing. Free parking.

Half-term children’s activities

Saturday 26th February 10AM-1PM – free event

Reptile hunting, nature treasure trail and craft activities throughout the morning. Come and join in the fun!

Relaxation

Saturday 19th March 10AM-1PM – £10 per head with limited spaces, booking essential

Led by experienced practitioner Jenny
Tippen. Practice relaxation using visualisation. Learn about
the history of colour healing and practice a deep colour relaxation. Wear comfortable clothes! Refreshments included.

Easter Activity Day

Saturday 16th April 10AM-1PM – free event

Come on our Easter bunny hunt, look for lizards and other reptiles, complete our
animal quiz, make an Easter card and indulge your creative side with all the other craft activities going on. A great Easter-themed morning for children and their carers. Many prizes. Happy Easter!
